Recently, at the Hall of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development signed an emulation contract for districts, cities and towns. The content of the emulation contract focuses on implementing the tasks specified in the 2012 Law on Cooperatives and documents of the Central and Provincial governments; Organize and implement well the emulation movement "Innovation and development of agricultural cooperatives according to the 2012 Law on Cooperatives, contributing to restructuring the agricultural sector and building new rural areas" in Phu Tho province . In the presence of leaders: Nguyen Thanh Hai - Provincial Party Committee member - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Son - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Leader of the Cooperative Alliance. Leaders of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns in Phu Tho province agreed to sign an emulation contract determined to successfully carry out the tasks of the emulation movement "Innovation and development of agricultural cooperatives". According to the 2012 Law on Cooperatives, contributing to restructuring the agricultural sector and building new rural areas.
